Curated interiors for primary residences, waterfront estates, and pieds-à-terre. The furniture plan, finishes, lighting, and art are developed in relation to one another rather than selected piece by piece, so rooms feel accumulated over years of good judgment and the home carries one continuous idea from the entry inward.

Remodels taken to the studs and managed from first layout to last detail. We reshape the plan, design the millwork, and work shoulder to shoulder with your contractor and trades so the design intent holds on site. Renovation is a demanding process; our job is to keep it moving, keep it coordinated, and keep the outcome true to the original vision.

Interiors worked out with your architect before the first wall is framed, so flow, finishes, and lighting are settled while they are still easy to change and the finished home reads as one coherent idea. Joining this early spares the compromises that surface later, and it keeps the architecture and the interior design from ever fighting each other.

Cabinetry, stone, and appliance planning shaped by how you actually cook and gather, detailed for the way the room runs from an early weekday morning through a dinner party. No room earns its keep like this one, so the plan starts with where things live, how prep moves, and what you see from the island, and every finish decision supports a cohesive luxury kitchen design.

Bathrooms with the calm of a spa and the durability of a working room. Light, water, and material are treated as one experience, with stone, fixtures, and layered lighting considered together, and every surface chosen to take daily use and easy upkeep without giving up the quiet luxury of the space. The measure is a room that feels as good to be in as it looks.

Bespoke case goods and built-ins made for the room and the way you live in it. Each piece is designed in-house, refined on paper, and dimensioned to the millimeter before fabrication begins with artisans we trust, so what arrives on site is exactly what was drawn: no substitutions, no compromises.

Why Sarvian Design Group
We are not the right interior designers for every project, and we do not try to be. When the fit is right, the result is work clients describe as deeply intentional, whether that is whole-home interior design, a renovation, a new build, or a luxury kitchen design. One team of interior designers carries the project from layout and finishes through procurement, installation, and final styling.
Interior design projects do not arrive in one size, and the process should not force them into one. Residential interior design for a waterfront estate, a full home renovation opened to the studs, new construction drawn beside your architect, or one room on a deadline all move through the same sequence, sized to what the scope requires. A kitchen design client is never dragged through a whole-home engagement, and a smaller project never receives a diluted version of our interior design firm services. All seven of the ways we work across Fort Lauderdale and South Florida begin with how the home is actually used, then build outward from that.
Good and great interior design part ways in the places no one photographs: the reveal on a cabinet door, the slab approved in person at the stone yard, the task light resolved while the ceiling is still open, the drawing precise enough that a fabricator needs no interpretation. Our kitchen design, bathroom design, and millwork documents go to that depth because luxury interior design that only resolves in a rendering is not finished work. It is also why these rooms still convince in person years after the photo shoot.
Most high-end interior design breaks down in the handoffs between firms, so our process has none. Space planning, finish palettes, lighting plans, and 3D renderings move straight into procurement, custom built-ins, art, styling, and installation without ever leaving the studio, and the living room, primary suite, kitchen, bath, and home office come together as one home instead of six separate rooms.
