Our Featured Work in Aventura

In the heart of Aventura, this 4,500-square-foot residence pairs refined modern architecture with a collector's approach to art, and Florida Design Magazine featured it for Art Basel. Walnut paneling and fluted wood columns ground a soft palette of stone and taupe, while floor-to-ceiling glass keeps the rooms in constant conversation with the light. A floating walnut stair threads the levels together, and the main floor unfolds around a marble waterfall-edge counter and a glass-enclosed wine display. The art, bold portraiture and jewel-toned glass, was placed with the same intention as the millwork.

(02) Renovation

Full Renovations

Renovations stripped back to the shell and carried through to the last detail. In a concrete building the structure, the risers, and the slab decide what is genuinely possible, so those limits get established before anything is designed. In Aventura's towers, association review is designed into the schedule from the start.

(03) New build

New Construction

Interiors developed while the residence is still a set of drawings, which in Aventura usually means a pre-construction unit with a developer deadline attached. Millwork, finishes, and lighting are resolved before the standard package is locked in, so what you take delivery of is already yours rather than something to undo later.

(04) Kitchen

Kitchen Design

The kitchen is the first thing most owners replace and, in a tower, the most constrained. Venting, plumbing risers, and the slab set the boundaries, so the plan gets solved against them before anything is designed. The stone, cabinetry, and appliances follow from that rather than leading it.

(05) Bathroom

Bathroom Design

A tower bathroom often has no window at all, so the light has to be designed rather than borrowed, and the stone, fittings, and fixtures are designed together instead of bought separately.

(06) Made to order

Custom Furnishings

Case goods and built-ins designed for the room rather than adapted to it afterward. A condominium adds a constraint most people never think about, because everything has to reach the apartment through a freight elevator and a service corridor. Pieces are engineered in-house to arrive in sections and assemble on site.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Our studio is in Fort Lauderdale, about twenty minutes up Biscayne Boulevard, and Aventura sits squarely inside the stretch of coast we work every week.

The towers along Country Club Drive and the Intracoastal, the gated island communities like Williams Island and Island Estates, Porto Vita, and the single family enclaves tucked behind the waterways. Schedule a consultation to discuss your specific needs.

Yes, it is routine work for us. Aventura buildings typically want drawings and specifications approved before a renovation starts, and set work hours, service elevator reservations, insurance requirements, and sound attenuation standards for the job itself. We build the association submission into the design schedule from the first meeting and coordinate with your contractor so approval happens once rather than across rounds of revisions.

Deliberately, because in a condominium the view is the largest material in the room. Floor-to-ceiling glass brings strong east and west light that washes out weak palettes and punishes cheap finishes, so we specify stone, wood, and fabric that hold their depth through the day, plan drapery and shading into the architecture rather than tacking them on, and lay out rooms so furniture lives comfortably with the glare instead of fighting it.

Yes, and it is a common way clients start with us. Contact us for a no obligation consultation.

It depends on scope, and we would rather be specific than vague. A kitchen or primary suite is a different investment than a combined unit renovation or new construction interiors, so we quote each engagement individually after a consultation. You receive a detailed fee proposal before design work starts, so there are no surprises at installation.

Furnishings-driven projects generally run four to eight months from concept to installed rooms. Renovations and new builds follow the construction calendar, usually 12 to 24 months, and work inside a condominium can add time for association approval and elevator scheduling. Custom pieces carry the longest lead times, so we place those orders early and install in one finished reveal rather than piecemeal.

Start by submitting the contact form with basic details. The team will review your inquiry and follow up to discuss scope, timing, and next steps. Or, you can call or text us at (954) 444-4803

Yes. Custom millwork, furniture pieces, lighting, and other made-to-order elements are designed and engineered in-house, then fabricated by trusted partners we have worked with for years, with drawings and specifications detailed enough that what arrives matches what was approved.

Our Approach

Interior Design
in Aventura

Aventura lives vertically as condominiums. Most of the city's best addresses are towers along Country Club Drive and the Intracoastal, where every residence arrives with the same developer finishes and a view doing all the work. As a full service luxury interior design firm, that is usually where we start: stripping out the builder's anonymous palette and designing a residence that belongs to the people in it. Millwork made for the actual walls, marble chosen slab by slab, lighting planned for evenings on the fortieth floor rather than a sales center rendering.

Tower living also changes how a project runs. Association approvals, service elevator reservations, work hour limits, and sound attenuation standards all sit between the interior design and the finished room, so we plan the submission and its calendar into the project from the first meeting. The glass raises the standard on specification too: strong east and west light pours through these residences all day, and fabrics and finishes have to hold their depth through years of it. Considered layouts, custom built-ins, and easy transitions between rooms are what separate the best interior designers from the rest.

The island communities ask for something different, house scale work on Williams Island and Island Estates, with gardens, terraces, and architectural review of their own. Luxury interior design, as we practice it, has little to do with ornament and everything to do with an environment that is true to the people using it. From the earliest concept conversations through final installation, we stay close to our clients so that every decision serves the same vision, and so the studio that starts your project is the one standing in the room when it is finished.

Why Sarvian Design Group

Top Luxury Interior Designers in Aventura, FL

Aventura is a vertical city, and a condominium is an unforgiving place to design. The building sets the rules, the glass sets the light, and there is no architecture to hide behind. Choosing the best interior designers here has less to do with taste than with whether a residential and commercial interior design firm can actually deliver inside those constraints.

From One Room Up.

Projects here arrive at every size: a condominium residence with the Intracoastal on three sides, two apartments combined into one, a house on Williams Island, or a single kitchen with a deadline attached. Residential or commercial, all of them get the same drawings, the same specification, and the same people. What changes is the scope, never the standard, and the smallest job on the board is worked exactly like the largest.

Drawn to the Mullion.

In a condominium the one thing nobody can move is the window grid, so everything else is drawn to it. Kitchen cabinetry that stops clean at a mullion. A ceiling detail that hides the drapery track instead of announcing it. Sound attenuation settled before the neighbor above becomes a problem, and task lighting located before the ceiling closes. None of it photographs. All of it is what separates the best interior designers in Aventura from a decorator with a mood board.

One Firm, No Handoffs.

Most condominium projects lose their shape in the gaps between specialists, where the designer, the buyer, the millworker, and the installer each own a piece and nobody owns the result. As your interior design firm in Aventura, we hold all of it: space planning, finish palettes, lighting plans, and renderings, then procurement, custom built-ins, art, styling, and installation. The living room, primary bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom resolve as one residence because one team carried them the whole way, and we coordinate with your architect, contractor, and building association so nothing is lost between the drawing and the room.
